How do I place an order?
You can tap the add to cart button everytime you see a product you like. The product will be added to the shopping cart. At the shopping cart page, you can checkout.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled in 2 hours after placing the order. You can click”cancel the order” on the order page. Once it’s cancelled, We will refund you to your original payment method as soon as possible.

Hi Lynn. Shoppo is an E-commerce platform that works with dozens of selective merchants. So the shipping depends on the products, and which merchants sell them. Your situation is likely that you purchased a few different items sold from different merchants, so the shipping time varies. But all of them should be coming latest around 25 days. This also means you might experience a shipping method that is different from your traditional online shopping. The merchant has replied to you in the email that he can offer you a refund or resend. Was wondering if you could explain to me where my stuff is that I ordered? It was supposed to be here in between December 22nd and December 27th which is today’s date and I haven’t gotten anything in the mail. Also when I look and track my packages it says the tracking number is wrong. Do you have any idea where my stuff is or if I will ever get it?

It shows these 2 packages are on the way. The first package's tracking information can be checked here: https://t.17track.net/zh-cn?nums=BZ017922382CN This may go through a shipping delay because of many factors. The merchant would like to give you a refund or resend if the package still doesn't arrive. Sorry for that matter.
