When will my items be shipped?
New orders begin processing immediately and typically are packaged and shipped within 5 days after the purchase is made. If we fail to ship out your item(s) 5 days after your purchase, you can ask to get a refund.
Why am I not able to get tracking information?
In some cases, tracking info may be delayed due to system maintenance or other technical issues. In this case, we thank you for your patience. Note that orders typically will be delivered within the estimate time window. If you haven’t received it, please contact merchant directly for any update information.

Why does shipping takes so long?
In order to guarantee our competitive prices to our customers, many of our products are located overseas and require overseas shipment. Generally you can expect your package to arrive 2-3 weeks after the purchase is made. If it takes more than 25 days from your purchase date, you can click "resolve a problem" under the item in orders to contact merchant and we will resolve this issue for you.
Can my items be shipped together?
Shoppo is an E-commerce platform that works with dozens of different merchants. Your package is shipped out from merchant directly. If all of your order from the same merchant, then yes, your items will be shipped out together. But if you order from different merchants, you will expect different packages, and to be delivered at different times.
