How to request a refund?
In the situations below, you can go to orders and request a refund by clicking ”resolve a problem”. You can also see your order updates on that page.
Different from description: Your item is different from the merchant’s product description
Parts missing: Your item has missing parts.
Defective item: Your item has a quality issue and is unable to be used.
Wrong item: Received an item which is different from your ordered item.
Damaged item: Item is damaged when you opened the package
Empty package: Received package but no item in it.
Long shipping time: Shipping takes too long.
Other: Other reasons.
I want an exchange.

Change for another color or size: Change the item for another color or size.

The package I received has no invoice. How can I make a return or get a refund?
Most of our packages are shipped internationally, and because of our low international shipping prices, we currently do not provide invoices. If you have an issue with your item, simply go to your order page and click “resolve a problem” for any refund or exchange request. Our customer service is standing by to help.

My problem is I have about 6 packages missing, and all of your vendors want to negotiate with me when I say I want a refund. I am not waiting an extra 7 to 9 days for an item that is not coming, I want my damn money back and this is NOT a negotiation.

There are like 6 packages though it's not just one. And one particular merchant is claiming their package was delivered when it was only one item out of the order that actually arrived.
